IRCTC’s e-ticketing website irctc.co.in and IRCTC Rail Connect App have been upgraded. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has described this new website as passenger friendly. Piyush Goyal said that now, railway passengers can experience ticket booking fast and without any hindrance. We have also added Artificial Intelligence to the new website to book tickets faster. According to IRCTC, now any railway passenger can book tickets at the next level faster.

According to the railway officials, after upgrading the website of IRCTC, the ticket booking speed will increase and passengers will be able to book tickets faster than before. Along with this, other facilities including food and drink will be added from the website of IRCTC.
IRCTC has also introduced a new post paid payment option. Through this facility, tickets can be paid later by booking tickets from the website of IRCTC. In this, the passenger can book the ticket and make payment within 15 days through e-payments or can be paid within 24 hours of the delivery of the ticket.
