Job Alert: Those who work on contract can get the good news soon, the matter progressed on regularization… you too live

Job Alert: Jharkhand Contract Workers In different government offices of Jharkhand, people working on contract can get good news in the new year. The government has raced to regularize them.

On Tuesday, a committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of the State Development Commissioner KK Khandelwal to regularize the people working on the contract. The committee has once again summoned the list of people working on contract from all departments. The report was also sought in the last meeting, but only some departments have sent the report. Now all the departments will submit their reports in the new format. Time has been given till 20 January for this.

A class will form a set of qualifying positions

In a meeting held under the chairmanship of Development Commissioner KK Khandelwal to remove discrepancies in reservation, all secretaries have been directed to create a group of posts of one category and one qualification. The number of posts in such a group should be more than ten. According to the present system, reservation roster is not ready for posts with less than 10 posts. Due to this, people of reserved quota on many single posts or similar posts do not get benefit.

In the meeting, the Development Commissioner has directed all the departments to identify the posts in their respective offices, on which the number of personnel working is less than ten. Due to less posts, reservation roster is not available for such posts. This problem is in the roster from fourth grade positions in departments to teachers in universities. At many levels, employee organizations have also filed objections on their behalf to change this. The Special Committee of the Legislative Assembly had also caught a case of discrepancies in reservation and complained to the Chief Minister. For this reason, promotions on all posts have been stopped at present.
