In fact, during the hearing, a man started singing “Lal Lal lipon pe gori kiska naam hai”, after which the hearing of the case in virtual mode had to be stopped midway. The court started the hearing again by taking that person out of virtual hearing. Taking this very seriously, the court issued a notice of contempt of court and ordered the police to trace the person in this case and take action against him.
After the hearing started on Juhi Chawla’s petition, the person disturbed the hearing by singing songs from Juhi Chawla’s films thrice. Even the court did not know who this person was. That is why the court master was asked to complain to the police in this matter and find out who the person is. The court said that we are issuing notice against it. It is being told that the accused person was neither a lawyer nor was one of the journalists.
As soon as the hearing started, the person started looking for Juhi Chawla. During the hearing, the voice started coming, where is Juhi madam, where is it?? Can’t see where are you Juhi madam, then sang a line song that Dilbar’s in the guise of ghunghat…. after which the court master removed her from the virtual hearing. The hearing had progressed for a few minutes, then again this person joined from somewhere with virtual hearing and then started humming Lal Lal lip pe gori tera naam hai, the court master removed him again after the judge was angry.
The hearing proceeded again for a few minutes. This person again joined virtual hearing for the third time and started singing Juhi’s film song for the third time. This time he sang ‘Meri Banno Ki Aayegi Baaraat’.
Due to his action, the patience of the court was broken and in this case he issued a notice and ordered the police to identify this person and take action against him. When she sang the song for the third time, Juhi’s lawyer Deepak Khosla jokingly said that this person seems to be affected by 4G radiation.
Let us tell you that Juhi has demanded in this petition that before the implementation of 5G wireless network in the country, all the research related to it should be carefully considered. Film actress Juhi Chawla has demanded a ban on 5G testing, based on the ill effects of radiation on citizens, animals and plants.
During the hearing, Juhi’s lawyer Deepak Khosla said that the matter should not be looked into under Section 80 (Civil Procedure Code) of the CPC. When a suit is filed against the state in the court, notice is given to the government 60 days in advance. But Juhi’s lawyer said that this matter is related to the people of India, so do not consider section 80 in this case during the court hearing.
Along with Juhi, 2 more people have filed a petition in this matter. Kapil Sibal, appearing for one of them, said that it is the policy of the government to launch 5G, but if Article 14 is being violated by launching it, then it should be canceled.
