Moradabad has received the gift of Govindpuram Township on Delhi Road after 22 years. Online booking has begun for this modern project, developed by the Moradabad Development Authority (MDA). Spread over 110 acres, the township offers 477 residential plots, with prices starting at ₹42,000 per square meter. However, the high prices may make purchasing a plot challenging for the underprivileged. It will also feature modern amenities and an 18,000-square-meter science park.
