LIC News: There are crores of rupees lying with the Life Insurance Corporation of India, which no one is claiming. These money are the money of the policy, the policy which was not carried forward and the policy holders have forgotten it. Many times people have to buy a new policy, but they cannot run it further. In such a situation, LIC is giving such a facility, in which such money can be withdrawn.




This has not only happened with LIC. Along with LIC, there are many other private sector companies in the country, whose crores of rupees are lying in their account, which is not going to be claimed. Money lying in LIC’s account is deposited in the form of Death Claim, Survival Benefits, Premium Refund, Indemnity Claim or Maturity Claim, which people have forgotten after depositing.

If you have ever taken a policy from LIC and your money is lying idle with LIC, then you can withdraw that money. Although there is a certain period to get these money back, after this money is declared as unclaimed property or unclaimed property. You can also find out online how much money you have with LIC.

After visiting this page, you will have to fill the details of your policy and after that you will get information about how much money you have deposited in LIC. In this, information about policy number, date of birth and PAN card will have to be given. At the top, enter the policy number, then your name, then below it your date of birth. In the end, you will have to provide your PAN number and then after submitting you will get your money.

These money can also be claimed online. LIC has also run a special campaign to withdraw money. This campaign is for revival. This means that if you have run a policy for a few days and have not been able to run it then you can get it revived. This campaign will run till 6 March 2021.
