Lockdown: Lockdown in Maharashtra’s Nandurbar from tonight, night curfew in many cities of Gujarat, know the status of other states

Lockdown in Maharashtra’s Nandurbar from today

There will be a lockdown in Nandurbar, Maharashtra tonight i.e. from 31 March to 15 April. Local markets, cinemas, malls and religious places will remain closed during this period. However, the decision has been canceled by the lockdown in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Collector Sunil Chauhan said that the lockdown which was decided to be imposed from March 31 to April 9 has been canceled. Night curfew will remain in Gujarat till April 15

Night curfew will continue till April 15 in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot in Gujarat. According to the Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, Government of Gujarat, the night curfew in the four metros of the state, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot, which is currently in force from 9 am to 6 am, will continue till April 15. Considering the prevalence of corona virus spread, the state government has decided to keep the central government’s Kovid-19 infection control guidelines unchanged till April 30, according to the additional chief secretary.

According to data from the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, there are 12,041 active cases of corona virus in Gujarat.

Night curfew in many cities of Chhattisgarh

In Chhattisgarh too, cases of corona infection are increasing continuously. In such a situation, night curfew has been imposed in Raipur, Jashpur, Surguja, Surajpur and Sukma since Tuesday night. There are indications that the government may move towards lockdown to prevent the spread of infection. Not officially confirmed. It is being claimed that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel can announce it. Shops and commercial establishments in Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Mahasamund Korba, Balod, Kondagaon, Raigad, Dantewada and Bemetara will be completely closed from 9 am to 6 am. At the same time, the lockdown will be effective from 8 pm in Ambikapur, Jagdalpur, Surajpur, Korea, Janjgir-Champa and Jashpur. During this period, only essential services will be exempted.

Restrictions increased till 10 April in Punjab

In Punjab too, cases of corona virus infection are not taking a name. In such a situation, the government has extended the order of prohibition already issued till 10 April. The decision was taken in a review meeting chaired by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday with Corona. During this period, the schools will remain closed till April 10 and restrictions on hotels, cinema houses and multiplexes will also continue. This will continue in the districts where night curfew has been imposed.
