A National Lok Adalat will be held on December 13, 2025, aimed at resolving pending cases. This time, police stations have been tasked with encouraging the resolution of minor cases in court, ensuring speedy justice for people and reducing the backlog of cases.
Lok Adalat 2025: A meeting was held in the court auditorium regarding the success of the National Lok Adalat to be held on 13th December. In this meeting held in the presence of ADJ IV Manvendra Mishra, a detailed discussion was held regarding the execution of maximum number of cases.
SDJM cum Secretary Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee Alok Kumar Chaturvedi said that in the conference hall of the Civil Court, a meeting was held regarding the success of the Lok Adalat in the light of the order of Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Chairman District Legal Services Authority Prajesh Kumar and the instructions of District and Sessions Judge First Bagaha Raviranjan.
Alok Kumar Chaturvedi also stated that paralegal volunteers have been deployed to issue notices from all courts. All police stations have begun serving notices. Plaintiffs and defendants have also been appealed to attend the Lok Adalat in large numbers to have their cases resolved.
Judicial officers Rajiv Shankar, Abhishek Kumar Singh, Anant Kumar, Tariq Shamim, and others were present on the occasion, along with ACJM II Shambhu Kumar Gupta.
