LPG Cylinder Booking Rules: In view of the global situation, the rules related to booking of domestic gas cylinders have been changed. Now the booking time has been increased from 15 days to 21 days, which means that now there will be a gap of 21 days between the delivery of one cylinder and the next. The agencies’ software has been immediately updated to implement this new rule. However, the booking process remains the same. If customers wish, they can make the next booking as soon as they receive the cylinder. However, the ministry is also considering that in future, booking can be done only after 21 days. If this new rule is implemented, then you will be allowed to book the next cylinder only after 21 days have passed since receiving the previous cylinder.

Permission to purchase 15 cylinders per year

Oil companies have already established rules for domestic gas cylinders. According to these rules, each consumer can purchase only 12 subsidized cylinders per year, plus three non-subsidized cylinders. Thus, a total of 15 cylinders can be purchased per gas connection between April 1 and March 31.

24-Hour Cylinder Delivery Rule

Oil companies have mandated that cylinders be delivered within 24 hours of booking. This provides significant convenience to consumers.

Second cylinders will now be available only after 21 days

A new rule has been implemented that the second cylinder will be delivered only 21 days after the first cylinder is received. This has been locked in the agency’s software. However, there is no shortage of cylinders. Consumers have been advised not to worry. Everyone will continue to receive sufficient cylinders. This week, the bottling plant will operate on Sundays to avoid any supply disruptions.

New Cylinder Prices in Delhi and Mumbai
