Anil Deshmukh has resigned following the decision of the Bombay High Court.

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Dekhmukh has resigned following the Bombay High Court’s case in connection with allegations related to the recovery of 100 crore of former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir singh letter. Former Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh accused Home Minister Anil Deshmukh of giving a target of Rs 100 crore to Waje. After this, the Bombay High Court, while hearing a PIL in the case, gave a big decision today. The High Court handed over the investigation of this entire case to the CBI.

Not only this, the court has also directed the CBI to present a primary report in this regard within 15 days and if any facts come out in their investigation, then take further action. Advocate Jayashree Patil had filed this petition against Anil Deshmukh. In this case, the name of NCP Chief Sharad Pawar is also being thrown out.

The bench of the Bombay High Court Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice GS Kulkarni heard the case. In the decision of the Bombay High Court, handing over the entire case to the CBI is considered a big setback for Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
