Along with the Central Government (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana), the State Government is also running many schemes for the farmers. Now the state government is giving financial assistance of Rs 7000 to the farmers. Let’s know about it.
State government is giving financial help to the farmers
Haryana government is giving financial assistance of Rs 7000 to the farmers of its state. Farmers need more water than necessary for farming and the water level is continuously depleting in the country. That is why the Haryana government has started this special scheme. The name of this scheme is ‘Mera Pani Meri Virasat Yojana’. Let us tell you that in this you can register till July 31.
Many benefits of the plan
Under this scheme, farmers will be given financial assistance of 7000 per acre for the cultivation of crops like Maize, Arhar, Urad, Cotton, Bajra, Sesame and Besan Moong (Baisakhi Moong). To save groundwater level, 80% subsidy will also be given on micro irrigation.

To get the benefit of this scheme, farmers should register by July 31. Under this, farmers will get financial assistance of Rs 7000. This scheme was started by the state government on 6 May. Let us tell you that only the farmers of Haryana will get the benefit of this scheme.
Beneficiary Terms and Conditions
1- It is mandatory for the beneficiary to be a permanent resident of Haryana.
2- The farmer using electric motor of 50 Hz power will not get the benefit of this scheme.
3- Farmers will have to diversify 50 percent of their previous year’s paddy production.
4- It is mandatory for the farmer to have a bank account linked to the Aadhaar number.
