Mumbai Indians Schedule 2026: Mumbai Indians will begin their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 campaign on Sunday, March 29, at the Wankhede Stadium against the Kolkata Knight Riders. The IPL 2026 organizers announced the schedule for the league’s first phase (the first 20 matches) on Wednesday, March 11.

The first match of IPL 2026 will be played on March 28 between defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Mumbai Indians will play four matches during the first phase, including away matches (in Delhi and Guwahati) against Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals.

The Hardik Pandya-led Mumbai Indians will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in their fourth match at their home ground, Wankhede Stadium. Mumbai Indians had a good campaign in IPL 2025, reaching the playoffs with consecutive wins.

However, the five-time champions were subsequently defeated by the Punjab Kings in the Eliminator, ending their title hopes. Mumbai Indians will look to take things a step further with a new team in IPL 2026.

April 12: Mumbai Indians vs. Royal Challengers Bangalore, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai
