PM Modi again invited farmers
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday urged the farmers to end their agitation and give agricultural reforms a chance and said that it is time to make agriculture “happy” and the country should move in this direction.
Responding to the discussion on the motion of thanks presented on the President’s address to the Rajya Sabha, the Prime Minister said that when there are reforms in the country, it is opposed. He said that even when the Green Revolution came in the country, there was opposition to the reforms in agriculture.

He said, “We constantly pray to the people associated with the movement that it is your right to agitate, but the elders are also sitting there. Take them, end the movement.
