The Union Cabinet approved the PM Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana with an annual expenditure of Rs 24,000 crore, it will include 36 schemes. Decision on investment in renewable energy sector too
Apart from the approval of Pradhan Mantri Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana, the government has sanctioned Rs 7,000 crore to NLCIL for investment in renewable energy.
