DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025: If you are planning to buy a cheap house in Delhi, then this news is very useful for you. Let us tell you that DDA has launched Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025. In this scheme started from today, people can book 1172 flats on the basis of ‘first come first serve’.
According to the information received from DDA, these flats are of EWS category and Janta Flats.
In which sectors will the flats be available in the EWS category and what will be their price?
672 EWS flats have been launched in Narela and 108 in Loknayakpuram. These flats will be available at a 15% discount. With the discount, the price of these flats will be around 9.18 lakhs to 32.62 lakhs.
In the EWS category itself, 241 flats have been launched in Dwarka Sector-14, 3 in Dwarka Sector 19B and 48 in Mangalapuri Dwarka. After the discount, their price will be around Rs 26.77 lakh to Rs 35.32 lakh.
Where will the Janta flats be available and what will be their price?
Janta flats are available in Rohini and Todapur. 97 flats are available in Rohini. At the same time, 3 flats are available in Todapur. After the discount, their price will be around Rs 14.59 lakh to Rs 18.43 lakh.
Eligibility for application in this scheme
In this scheme, the joint income of EWS applicant should not exceed 10 lakh rupees per annum.
Important Dates
Registration in the scheme will start from September 11, booking of flats will start from September 22. This scheme will close on December 21.
How much is the registration fee?
The one-time fee for getting registered is Rs 2500. If you have already registered on the housing portal, then you do not need to register again.
