New Flight Service: There is good news for the people of Haryana. The state government is going to start flights from Hisar Airport to five states including Chandigarh. An agreement was signed on Thursday with Alliance Air Aviation Limited regarding flights from Maharaja Agrasen Airport. Now the people of the state will soon be able to fly from Hisar. This will provide great relief to the people.
Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that the state government is going to start flights from Maharaja Agrasen Hisar Airport in Hisar to five states including the state capital Chandigarh from August.
An agreement was signed on Thursday with Alliance Air Aviation Limited regarding flights from Maharaja Agrasen Airport. Now the people of the state will soon be able to fly from Hisar. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of air travel with slippers will be fulfilled in Haryana too.
The Chief Minister was speaking at PWD Rest House Sector-1 Panchkula after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote air connectivity to regional airports under the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) through the Civil Aviation Department of Haryana Government and Alliance Air Aviation Limited.

The MoU was signed by the Chief Minister in the presence of Civil Aviation Minister Kamal Gupta, Assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta, Additional Director of Civil Aviation Department Satish Kumar Singla and Network Planning Head of Alliance Air Aviation Limited Ranjan Kumar Dutta CEO.
The outline of the schedule of flights under the Regional Connectivity Scheme will be prepared soon. The Chief Minister said that national flights have been started now, international flights will also be operated in future. Flights to Ayodhya, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Jammu will be started from Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar.

Government is working to build an airport in Karnal
Air travel will be possible from Karnal in a few months. For this, the plan to make Karnal Aerodrome a domestic airport is being taken forward. Civil Aviation Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta seriously discussed the proposal to build a domestic airport with the officials. He also instructed the officials to implement the project soon.
