Vande Bharat Express Lucknow Mumbai: Traveling between Lucknow and Mumbai will become more comfortable. The Railways is preparing to soon operate the Lucknow-Mumbai Sleeper Vande Bharat Express. This train will consist of 20 sleeper coaches.
New sleeper Vande Bharat Express: Preparations are underway to launch the sleeper Vande Bharat Express from Lucknow to Mumbai. Sources claim that testing of the train will begin soon, and that PM Modi will launch the Lucknow-Mumbai Express train after receiving permission from the Railway Board. Officials of the North Central and Northern Railways are refraining from speaking officially.
Sources claim that the Vande Bharat Express will be operated by the Agra division of the North Central Railway. The train will take approximately 12 hours to travel from Lucknow to Mumbai. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav traveled on the Vande Bharat Express from Surat to Mumbai with the Japanese Minister on Thursday. Following this, it is believed that new Vande Bharat Express trains may soon be launched on several other routes. This time, the train will be put on track. There are plans to operate Vande Bharat Express trains from several major cities, including Bhopal, Jaipur, and Agra, to Lucknow.
Several trains on the Kanpur route will not run on October 8th and 9th.
Due to ongoing work at the Amausi yard, the Railways has decided to cancel several trains on October 8th and 9th. According to Kuldeep Tiwari, Senior DCM of Northern Railway Lucknow Division, the 11109 Jhansi-Lucknow, 22453 Rajya Rani, 12180/12179 Lucknow-Agra, and 51813/51814 Lucknow-Jhansi Passenger will not run on the 8th. The 11110 Lucknow-Jhansi and 22454 Rajya Rani will be cancelled on the 9th. Several trains will not stop at Amausi station due to the work. These include the 55346 Kasganj-Lucknow Passenger, 64204 Kanpur Central-Lucknow Junction, 64212 Kanpur Central-Lucknow Junction, and 64214 Kanpur Central-Lucknow MEMU on October 8th and 9th.
The 51813 Jhansi-Lucknow Passenger will also not stop on October 9. The 12004 Shatabdi will run on October 8, the 12103 Pune-Lucknow, 19715 Jaipur-Gomtinagar, and 15066 Panvel-Gorakhpur on October 7, and the 12592 Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur on October 6 will be diverted.
