The NTA issued a notice on December 27, 2025, for candidates appearing for the CUET UG 2026. This notice includes instructions regarding exam deadlines, Aadhaar card authentication, and important aspects of the application process. These instructions are designed to ensure hassle-free registration for candidates. According to the notice, the CUET-UG exam will be held in the third week of May 2026. The application form for CUET UG 2026 will be released on the NTA’s official website. Candidates appearing for the exam are advised to apply only through the official portal.
Enter Aadhaar Card Details
To address registration issues, candidates are advised to fill in all their Aadhaar card details as per the instructions provided. If the parent’s name is not available, they do not need to fill it in.
Name Differences in Documents
If someone’s name is different between their Aadhaar card and their 10th certificate, they can easily correct it during the application process. Doing so will not hinder their registration.
The list of universities may change.
You will find information about UG programs offered by Central Universities and other institutions on the CUET UG portal. Changes to the list of universities are possible, so candidates are advised to regularly check the NTA’s official website for updates. The syllabus will also be released on their official website.
