Apart from this, a photo of the baby is also taken which is linked to the unique ID of his parent. When the child attains the age of five years, then there is an entry of 10 biometric details of the baby’s finger. When Baby is 15 years old, then his real photo is linked with his Aadhaar number.
Biometric entry at 5 years old

- Please provide details of all the necessary details here. Fill in the name of the child, the parents’ mobile number and the parent ID

- Now click on ‘Fix Appointment’
- Do not forget to take all the necessary documents with you before going to Aadhaar Center. Take a print copy of the form along with you.
- All your documents will be verified at the center
- After the verification, if the child is below 5 years of age, then his biometric data will not be taken. If above 5 years all of its data will be collected
- Later the child’s Aadhaar card will be sent to your address.
