EPFO has launched the WhatsApp helpline service for its PF account holders. With this, now PF account holders will be able to remove all the problems and problems related to their account. This WhatsApp helpline service of EPFO has started in 138 regional offices. EPFO account holders can register their complaint by WhatsApp message. The number of each region is different.
