PM-KISAN 18th Instalment Date 2024: There is good news for the farmers who are eagerly waiting for the 18th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme. This installment will be released on 5 October 2024. This information has been given on the PM Kisan website. Earlier, the 17th installment was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in June 2024. Prime Minister Modi released more than Rs 21,000 crore as the 17th installment to more than 9.26 crore farmers in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh on June 18, 2024. The 16th installment was released in February this year.
Benefits of PM-KISAN scheme
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 2,000 every four months, i.e. Rs 6,000 annually. The amount is given in three installments — April-July, August-November, and December-March. The funds are transferred directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. The scheme was announced in the interim budget of 2019 by then Finance Minister Piyush Goyal and later launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

- Click on the ‘Know Your Status’ tab.
- Enter your registration number, captcha code and select the ‘Get Data’ option.
- Your status will be visible.
- Check name in beneficiary list:
- Go to the official website of PM Kisan www.pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘Beneficiary list’ tab.
- Select state, district, sub-district, block, and village.
- Click on ‘Get report’.

- How to apply for PM Kisan Yojana:
- Visit pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on ‘New Farmer Registration’ and enter Aadhaar number.
