Farmers have received the 14th installment so far, the amount of the 14th installment was released by PM Modi on July 27. Beneficiaries have been waiting for the 15th installment for a long time, according to media reports, the amount can be transferred to their account by the second week of November. However, no official announcement has been made by the Central Government at present.

Beneficiaries can check the status by visiting the official website. However, to avail the benefits of Kisan Yojana, it will be mandatory to get eKYC done. If the eKYC work has not been completed by the beneficiary till now, then complete the eKYC work quickly otherwise you will not be able to avail the benefits of the scheme, otherwise the amount may be stopped.
E-KYC mandatory
You can get e-KYC done by visiting CSC center or nearest bank. Apart from this, you can complete the e-KYC work through PM Kisan Portal sitting at home. The same farmer can get information about any problem related to the scheme by calling farmer helpline 155261 or toll free number 1800115526.
Saving of Rs 10000 crore under the scheme
Here, Modi government can give big benefits to the beneficiaries before the Lok Sabha elections. Actually, the installment of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana can be increased. The government provides Rs 6000 annually to farmers in three installments. The amount is sent directly to the accounts of the farmers in three equal installments of Rs 2000 each. According to a CNBC report, last year the central government has saved Rs 10,000 crore for farmers under the scheme. In such a situation, this saving has been achieved by the government due to removal of ineligible beneficiaries from the scheme.
Announcement of increasing the amount possible before Lok Sabha elections
Sources are hopeful that soon the benefits of this scheme can be extended to landless farmers including sharecroppers and tenants. In such a situation, the announcement of increasing its amount can be made before the Lok Sabha elections. PM Kisan Yojana was started from December 2018. The benefit of which was given to lakhs of farmers.
