The highest amount of money has been recovered from the paying farmers of Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh. Take care while applying in PM Kisan Scheme
The eighth installment of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme) will start coming this month. If you have not yet applied to take advantage of this scheme, then complete this work soon. So that you can easily get 2000 rupees installment from April to July. But you will apply only if eligible. Otherwise, the government will withdraw the money later. So far, 261 crore rupees have been recovered from income tax payers.
Actually, there is a provision of not giving money of this scheme to the income tax payers. If a farmer has paid income tax in the last financial year, then he cannot apply. But millions of such people had applied. Such people were identified through the Aadhaar card. Now money is being withdrawn from them. Most of the farmers who pay income tax did the wrong thing. Among those who took advantage of this scheme illegally, 56 percent are income tax payers.
These people will not get the benefit of PM Kisan Scheme
– Such farmers who are former or present constitutional post holders, are current or former ministers.
– Mayor or Zilla Panchayat President, MLA (MLA), MLC, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MP.
– These people will be considered out of the scheme. Even if they do farming.
-Center or state government officials will stay out of it.
-In the last financial year, the farmers paying income tax will not get any benefit.
– Farmers getting pension more than 10 thousand rupees are also not benefited.
-Professional, doctor, engineer, CA, lawyer and architect will be out of the plan.
The Bihar government has already released the list of ineligible farmers who have to file income tax under the PM Kisan (PM-KISAN) scheme. In which names and phone numbers of such farmers of every gram sabha have been given, who illegally took advantage of the PM Kisan Scheme. A list of farmers, who pay income tax, has been uploaded on the DBT website of the Bihar government. Interestingly, there are also 673 ineligible farmers of Delhi. With which recovery of Rs 3.8 lakh has been done.
