Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the women’s World Cup-winning Indian cricket team at his residence on Wednesday. During the meeting, PM Modi personally fed sweets to the women players. A video of him personally serving food to the injured Pratika Rawal is going viral on social media.
In fact, when Prime Minister Modi noticed that the injured player, Pratika Rawal, who was in a wheelchair, did not have a plate, he immediately took the initiative, went to the serving area, picked up the food, and personally served it to Pratika.

Addressing the Prime Minister, Captain Harmanpreet Kaur said, “I remember when we met you in 2017. We didn’t bring the trophy back then. But this time, it’s a matter of great pride for us to bring something we’ve worked so hard for over the years.”
The event also featured several light moments. Prime Minister Modi asked Player of the Tournament Deepti Sharma about her Hanuman tattoo, which had become quite popular on social media. Top-order batsman Harleen Deol jokingly asked the Prime Minister about his skincare routine, to which Modi responded with a smile.
