In the Budget 2021, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced to distribute one crore new connections under the Ujjwala scheme. How to apply for Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana?
Under the Ujjwala scheme, a woman from the BPL family can apply to get a gas connection. For this, you have to fill the KYC form and submit it to the nearest LPG center. For application in Ujjwala scheme, a 2 page form, required documents, name, address, Jan Dhan bank account number, Aadhaar number etc. are required. While applying, you also have to tell whether you want to take 14.2 kg cylinder or 5 kg.
