Actually, today we will tell you about a scheme in which a monthly pension of 10000 rupees is confirmed on retirement after investment. We are talking about the PM Vaya Vandana Yojana. The scheme was earlier scheduled to close on March 30, but due to its popularity and country conditions, LIC relaunched it and can now reinvest in the scheme for the next 3 years.
What is this scheme?
Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana (PMVVY) is a permanent pension scheme of senior citizens, i.e. by investing in this scheme, you can get a monthly pension every month. This pension scheme is for people 60 years or above. There is no age limit to invest in this scheme. The annual returns in this scheme are 8% to 8.30%. It was announced in the 2017-18 and 2018-19 general budgets. Pension is available only for 10 years. After investing Rs. 15 lakhs in this scheme, you get every month till the continuation of 10,000 plans. If a person wants to get pension even after 10 years, then he will have to reinvest in this scheme. Under this scheme you pay premium for 3 months, 6 months or annually.
How much investment will have to be made?
Under this scheme you can deposit a minimum of Rs 1.50 lakh and a maximum of Rs 15 lakh. The amount deposited at the time of taking the policy is returned after completion of 10 years.
Which documents will be required – To invest in this scheme you will need a copy of PAN card (PAN CARD), Aadhaar for address proof (AADHAR CARD) or photo copy of passport (PASSPORT). Apart from this, bank account details so that money can be transferred to your account.
