There is good news for the residents of Delhi’s NDMC area. NDMC has given a discount of 10 percent on the outstanding property tax. This discount will be available on payment by June 30. This rule will also apply to government properties.
Property Tax: There is good news for those living in NDMC area who have not paid the outstanding tax yet. NDMC has announced a 10 percent discount on the principal amount on payment of outstanding property tax before June 30. This discount will also be applicable on outstanding tax on government properties.
According to NDMC officials, those who have not received the assessment notice of outstanding tax can also download their assessment notice by visiting NDMC website www.ndmc.gov.in.
To view the assessment notice, property owners have to first login by visiting the NDMC website. Even after this, if someone is unable to download the assessment notice, then he can get a duplicate copy from the office of Account Officer (Tax) located at 9th floor, room number- 9009 of Palika Kendra between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
