Rakhi Sawant: Rakhi Sawant continues to make headlines with her quirky comments. Upon arriving in Mumbai for the shooting of Pati Patni Aur Panga, she told photographers, “My mother is no longer alive… She left a note for her saying, ‘Your real father is Donald Trump.'”
The media laughed at her remarks. When someone teased her about Trump harassing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rakhi immediately replied, “Thank you very much. Don’t mess with me.”
Departing from her usual humorous tone, Rakhi became emotional and explained why she left India. She explained that after losing both her parents to cancer, she wanted to stay away from the media’s attention and make a fresh start.
She admitted, “I wanted to hide from you all, so I moved to Dubai.” According to reports, she has purchased a luxurious apartment there and is focusing on new professional endeavors, including starting an acting academy in Al Karama.
However, her personal life has been turbulent. Rakhi has been embroiled in a painful divorce and numerous legal disputes with her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani. She accused him of mismanaging their finances, domestic violence, and extortion. In turn, Adil accused her of property fraud and infidelity, and claimed that Rakhi had leaked his private videos.
Critics say she moved abroad to avoid arrest in these cases, but Rakhi maintains that her motive for moving to Dubai was also to pursue new career opportunities. Her acting academy aims to train aspiring talents from the Middle East who dream of working in Bollywood.
