Minissha Lamba, who recently made headlines after her separation from her husband Ryan Tham, is now busy pursuing life in a new way. In her recent interview, the actress has shared her experiences in her film career so far. The Bachna Ae Haseeno fame actress also recalled her casting couch experience. And also told how these things can be avoided.

Recalling the time when she had to face the casting couch, Minissha shared that at times she was called to discuss work on the pretext of dinner. However, the actress always turned down such proposals and instead insisted on meeting in the office. Most of the time, she even pretended not to understand the insistence made on the pretext of dinner.

In an interview with Sidharth Kannan, Minissha shared how she was offered such offers, saying, “I think in any industry where there are men, there are a lot of men who try to make your body Looks on. This industry is no different. I too have definitely faced things like the person not giving the final call for the film and saying, ‘Why don’t we meet for dinner? Let’s talk.’ And I tell them ‘No, why don’t we meet at the office? I don’t know about dinner but I’m definitely free, we can set up a time and meet in the office tomorrow if you want to talk further.”

Revealing how she dealt with such people, she says, “I have handled it like this. This hasn’t happened to me much in front of me. But whenever it has happened, I have handled it this way, many times I have even pretended that I do not understand what you are saying. Along with this, she also told that many such projects which were told in front of her while having dinner never went ahead.

On the work front, the beautiful actress will next be seen in Qutub Minar, opposite Karanvir Bohra.
