Computer, keyboard, shorthand notebook, two part stationery for translation test and pen will not be allowed to the candidates to bring any of these things to the center during the exam.
RRB New Notification 2021: Railway Recruitment Board has released the notification for Stenography Skill Test and Translation Test in Ministerial and Isolated Categories. In this, the guidelines for the exam have been issued by RRB. Apart from this, the examination city and travel passes have been issued for the stenography skill test of the candidates. Recruitment is to be done for 126 posts of Ministerial and Isolated Category of Railways. For this, the successful candidates in the CBT / written examination can now download the skill test date, city and shift slip.
Guidelines for RRB Exam
Stenography Skill Test and Translation Test will be conducted from 27/10/2021.
This kat. Stenography Skill Test for No. 01 & 02 and Cat. There is translation test for number 03. It is mandatory for all shortlisted candidates including PwBD candidates.
Eligible PWBD candidates will be allowed compensatory time only as follows.
Transcription Time for Stenography Skill Test
is 50 minutes for Junior Stenographer/ English, 70 minutes for PwBD category.
65 Minutes for Junior Stenographer/Hindi, 90 Minutes for PwBD Category.
The translation test will be of 120 minutes for Junior Translator/Hindi and 160 minutes for PwBD category.
Qualified VH candidates for Stenography Skill Test are allowed to bring their own Braille Typewriter.
For Hindi Transcription for Junior Stenographer/ Hindi candidates are advised to choose Hindi Inscript / Hindi Remington CBI / Hindi Remington Gail / Hindi Krutidev in their key board layout.
