The Sahara India Refund Portal has reopened the resubmission option. According to the portal, if you are among those depositors who have been notified of deficiencies in their claims or have been notified of non-payment, this information is crucial. All such depositors are requested to correct the deficiencies and resubmit their claims on the resubmission portal.
What are the steps to register on the Sahara Refund Portal?
Step 1: Depositor Registration
Go to the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal home page and click on “Depositor Registration.”
Following this information, enter the following information correctly on the registration page:
Last 4 digits of your Aadhaar card
Step 2: Link your mobile number to your Aadhaar.
Then click on “Get OTP” and enter the OTP received on your mobile.
Then click on “Verify OTP” to complete the registration process.
Step 3: Depositor Login
Go to the home page of the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal and click “Depositor Login.”
Step 4: Then, enter the following information on the login page:
Last 4 digits of your Aadhaar card
Mobile number linked to Aadhaar
Next, click “Get OTP” and enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
Then, click “Verify OTP” to login.
What information must the depositor provide for the claim form/application?
The depositor must have the following information/documents:
a. Membership number
b. Deposit account number
c. Aadhaar-linked mobile number (mandatory)
d. Deposit certificate or passbook
e. PAN card (mandatory if the claim amount is ₹50,000 or more)
Note: Receipt number is mandatory for SUMSL, Bhopal and SMCSL, Hyderabad.
Account number is mandatory for SCCSL, Lucknow and HICCSL, Kolkata.
The CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal (Resubmission) has been launched to resubmit claims after rectifying deficiencies. Depositors can rectify the deficiencies in each of their deficiencies and resubmit their claims for further processing through the Resubmission Portal, which has been gradually opened for depositors with deficiencies to manage the load on the portal.
What to do to resubmit a claim
The portal will process resubmitted claims within 45 working days of resubmission of the online claim. Payments up to ₹50,000 have been made so far
Applications submitted on the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal have been processed, and payments of ₹50,000 or less per application have been made to eligible depositors whose claims could be verified. Depositors whose claims could not be verified due to deficiencies have been sent deficiency messages through the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal.
