The audience is lavishing love on its story. Now it seems that while the film is still earning well, the makers have decided the date of its OTT premiere.
According to reports, the romantic drama film ‘Saiyaara’ will be released on Netflix in the month of September. Although there has been no official announcement in this regard, Yash Raj Films’ casting director Shanu Sharma has shared this information on social media that the film is indeed releasing in September.
When and where will ‘Saiyaara’ release?
A report by OTTFLIX has revealed that the movie ‘Saiyaara’ will stream on Netflix on 12 September 2025 and Shanu Sharma has reshared this news on his Insta story, which indicates that the film is indeed going to release on the OTT platform next month. People praised Ahaan Pandey’s performance in ‘Saiyaara’. He has become a star overnight with his debut film.
Ahaan Pandey took training for 3 years
Shanoo Sharma, who cast Ahaan in the lead role, revealed that the actor trained with Sharvari of ‘Munjya’ fame for three years. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Shanoo said, ‘The first 3 years were spent only in training. We just kept training and Sharvari was also a part of the same training process. We gave Sharvari and Ahaan a lot of improvisations and scenes to do together. A lot of scenes. I was training them myself. Then Covid came. While Ahaan’s waiting period was going on, he joined The Railway Man as an assistant director.’
‘Saiyaara’ business crossed 500 crores
Despite the release of new films like Ajay Devgan’s ‘Son of Sardar 2’ and Tripti Dimri-Siddhant Chaturvedi’s ‘Dhadak 2’, ‘Saiyaara’ is still standing strong at the box office. It has been 24 days since the release of ‘Saiyaara’ and till now the film has done a business of Rs 319.85 crores in India. The movie has done a tremendous business of Rs 531 crores worldwide.

Written by Rohan Shankar and Sankalp Sadana, the film ‘Saiyaara’ features stars like Geeta Agarwal Sharma, Sid Makkar, Shad Randhawa, Rajesh Kumar and Varun Badola in supporting roles. This movie is directed by Mohit Suri. Music is given by Tanishk Bagchi. ‘Saiyaara’ is made under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
