Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra: Samsung has officially launched the top-end Galaxy S26 Ultra 5G at its Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event in San Francisco. This phone is the successor to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and features major upgrades in camera, software, AI, privacy, and performance. This year, Samsung has focused on AI and smart features that work silently in the background. The company says the phone is designed to simplify daily tasks so users don’t have to manually change many settings.
One of the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s biggest features is its built-in Privacy Display. People typically use separate screen protectors for privacy, but this phone has this feature integrated directly into the display. This makes it difficult to view the screen from the side. This means that someone sitting nearby won’t be able to easily see your phone’s screen.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra price in India
In India, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is priced at ₹1,39,999 for the base variant with 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. The model with 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM is priced at ₹1,59,999, while the top variant with 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM is priced at ₹1,89,999.
Users can set this feature to suit their needs. For example, it can automatically activate when entering passwords, using banking apps, or in crowded places like the metro. It has two modes: one hides only sensitive areas like notifications, while the other blocks the entire screen when viewed from the side.
