During the Corona period, SBI has made all its services online. This is benefiting the customers as well as the pressure on the bank has reduced. If your ATM card is lost or expired, you can now apply for it online. Apart from this, the mobile number can also be updated online.
Change your mobile number like this
You can change your mobile number with the help of Internet Banking. For this, after logging in to net banking, first you have to go to the option of My Account & Profile. Now select Profile in the dropdown box here. After that a new page will open in front of you. At the top of the new page, you have to click on the option with Personal Details / Mobile. This process has to be carried forward with the help of profile password.
Now follow these steps
Now your name, mobile number and email id will be given in the new page. The option of change is given on the right side in which to select another option. This process proceeds with the help of OTP, ATM card. Now on the page that will open, you have to type your new mobile number. After that this option gets updated. Now the page that will open has been given three options to update the number. In this, the option with OTP has to be selected and the mobile number will be updated in just four hours. Under the second option, you will have to visit SBI’s ATM. Under the third option, you will be called from SBI Customer Care.
If you select the option with OTP, then in the further process you will have to fill your debit card information and process it. On completion of the process, a message will be sent to your new and old number. Both the messages have to be messaged on 567676 from both the numbers. After this complete process, the page of personal details can see its updation. If there is written Processed then it means that your request has been accepted.
How to apply ATM card
Similarly, if you want to apply for an ATM card, then login with Internet Banking. You have to go to the option with e-Services and select the option with ATM Card Services. Now in the page that will open, you have to select the option with Request ATM / Debit Card. Now two options will appear. It is OTP based and profile password based. With the help of OTP, proceed in the process.

Now a new page will open in which the card name and type of card has to be selected after the account selection. After that verify further details and submit. After submitting you will get a message that your debit card will be sent to your registered address in 7-8 working days. If you want to get the card at any other address, then first you have to go to the branch and get the registered address changed.
