What are the qualifications required for a bank job?
To apply for the manager position, candidates must have a BE/B.Tech degree in IT/Computer/Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunications or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks. Five years of experience in the relevant field is also required. The educational qualifications for the deputy manager position are the same, but three years of experience is also valid. Candidates must be at least 28 years old and at most 35 years old as of August 31, 2025, for the manager position. For the deputy manager position, candidates between 25 and 32 years of age are eligible to apply. The bank will also provide age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per rules.
