Declaration of holidays from 28 to 31 August

In many other districts of Kerala, holidays have been declared till 3 September. At the same time, August 31 has also been declared a holiday in view of Sree Narayan Guru Jayanti in schools of some districts.

School holiday in these states

Apart from Kerala, schools in some districts of Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Mizoram have also been closed on August 29 on account of Indrajatra including Onam. Holiday has been announced in aided schools including private government, semi-government. The benefit of which will also be given to the teachers and employees. In Sikkim, a holiday has been declared for schools on September 9 on the occasion of Indrajatra.

Bihar: Holiday on August 31 on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan

In the districts of Bihar, a holiday has been declared on August 31 on the occasion of Rakshabandhan in government, semi-government and private and aided schools and colleges. Please tell that in the holiday calendar, the holiday of Raksha Bandhan was to be on 30 August. However, in view of the reversal in the date, the demand was made by the teachers union. After which the holiday has been amended. In such a situation, schools will be closed on August 31 on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in most of the districts of Bihar.

UP: Holiday on Sunday including Janmashtami and Chehallum
