School Timing Change: There is good news for school students in Madhya Pradesh. In light of the constantly changing weather, fog, and cold wave, school timings have been changed in several districts of Madhya Pradesh. Furthermore, school timings have been changed in Haryana due to the cold. This order will be in effect from November 15th to February 15th. The Directorate of Secondary Education has issued instructions in this regard to all District Education Officers, Basic Education Officers, Block Education Officers, and school principals.

Schools in Rewa will now open at 9 am. Collector Pratibha Pal has ordered all schools from nursery to 8th grade to open from 9 am. Government and private school operators and principals have been instructed to comply through the District Education Officer. The Collector’s order will be applicable throughout the district.
Following the instructions of Anuppur Collector Harshal Pancholi, the District Education Officer has issued an order directing all schools to open from 9:30 am. The order states that the opening time for all first shifts has been changed to 9:30 am. This order applies to all government, private, CBSE, ICSE, and Navodaya schools.
Dewas Collector Rituraj Singh has changed school timings. Now, all schools from nursery to 12th grade in the district will not open before 10 am. This order has been implemented with immediate effect.
School timings have also been changed in Haryana.
All single shift schools in Haryana will open at 9:30 am from November 15 and will close at 3:30 pm. Double shift schools will run from 7:55 am to 5:15 pm. The first shift will run from 7:55 am to 12:30 pm, while the second shift will run from 12:40 pm to 5:15 pm. Usually, the timings of schools in the state are changed from December 1, but this time, keeping in mind the possibility of increasing cold in the month of November itself, this decision has been taken to implement it earlier.
