TET Exam 2021: There may be changes in teacher eligibility exam, NCTE sought report from states

TET Exam 2021: TET will also be changed under the new education policy. In this regard, NCTE has sought the report of teacher eligibility examination till 15 February from those states where this examination was conducted recently.

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) was given the responsibility of preparing an action plan regarding the change in TET. The council has asked for the report related to the examination till 15 February from those states where this examination was conducted recently.  NCTE has sought a report on these points

Along with the number of successful candidates, reports have been sought from various states on many other points. Significantly, in the new education policy, emphasis has been laid on the training program of teachers. Under National Education Policy, this examination is also to be done for the appointment of teachers in secondary and higher secondary schools.
