The speed of Corona not stopping in India, 3.82 lakh new cases in 24 hours; 3780 lives lost

In the last 24 hours, 3.82 lakh new cases have been reported across the country, which is 28 thousand more than the previous day.

3.82 new cases and 3780 deaths in 24 hours

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours 3 lakh 82 thousand 315 people have been infected with Coronavirus in India, while 3780 people died during this period. After this, the total number of corona infected in India has increased to 2 crore 6 lakh 65 thousand 148, while 2 lakh 26 thousand 188 people have lost their lives.

Active case in the country crosses 34 lakhs

According to statistics, 1 crore 69 lakh 51 thousand 731 people have been cured by Kovid-19 so far throughout the country. However, in the last few days, the rate of recovery has come down and it has reached 82.03 percent. With this, active cases are increasing continuously and 34 lakh 87 thousand 229 people are being treated across the country, which is 16.87 percent of the total number of infected people.

Bounce back in new cases of Covid-19

Let us know that on May 1, 4.01 lakh new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in the country, however after this new cases fell and on May 2, 3.92 lakh new cases were registered. After this, 3.55 lakh new cases were reported on 3 May and 3.68 lakh new cases on 4 May.

Highest ever death in 24 hours


According to the Health Ministry data, 3786 people lost their lives in the last 24 hours, which is the highest ever. Earlier on Tuesday, 3417 people lost their lives in 24 hours. At the same time, on Sunday and Monday, the death toll was only around 3400.
