UAE banned IndiGo flights till August 24, issued these rules

New Delhi. The Arab Emirates (UAE) has suspended the operations of IndiGo flights till August 24. IndiGo has also agreed to this news. Sources told CNBC TV-18 that the UAE has banned IndiGo’s operations for a week. IndiGo said, “We have informed all our passengers and will try to refund or adjust their seats on other flights once they resume operations.” According to the new health guidelines of the UAE government, it is necessary for every passenger to have a negative RT-PCR report 6 hours before boarding the plane.

Qatar issued new rules, on the

other hand, Qatar’s Health Ministry has issued new rules regarding the corona virus for travelers coming from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka. According to the new rules, travelers who have got the corona vaccine in Qatar or have recovered from the corona virus, who have traveled to these countries, will have to stay in hotel quarantine for two days. UAE’s ban on these countries was implemented

Last month, the UAE extended the ban on aircraft from 14 countries till the last week of July. These included, apart from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, Nigeria, South Africa, Liberia, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Congo, Uganda, Zambia, Vietnam and Nepal. Etihad Airways said in the information given on Twitter that in view of the Corona epidemic, the ban on flights from India has been increased.
