Talking about big companies, two new IPOs are coming in the main segment. The first is Euro Pratik Sales, which will open from September 16 and will be available for investment till September 18. The company wants to raise around ₹ 451.31 crore through 1.83 crore shares. The share price has been fixed between ₹ 235 to ₹ 247. There will be 60 shares in one lot, which means at least ₹ 14,820 will be required for investment. Its shares can be listed on BSE and NSE on September 23.
The second IPO is of VMS TMT, which will open from 17 to 19 September. The company plans to raise ₹ 148.50 crore by issuing 1.5 crore new shares. The share price will be between ₹ 94 to ₹ 99. There will be 150 shares in one lot and at least ₹ 14,850 will have to be spent for investment.
