All companies like Google Pay (GPay), Phone Pay (PhonePe), Amazon Pay (Amazon Pay) and Paytm (Paytm) have fixed the limit for doing transactions every day, which will affect crores of UPI users in the country. Information has been given by issuing a notification in this regard from NPCI.
Check how much transaction can be done every day?
According to the guidelines of the National Payment Corporation of India, now you can transact only up to Rs 1 lakh per day through UPI. At the same time, some small banks have fixed this limit up to 25,000. Let’s check now through which app how much transaction you can do every day.
What is the limit of Amazon Pay?
Amazon Pay has also set a Rs 1,000,000 maximum money transfer limit via UPI. Notably, users can only transact up to INR 5,000 in the first 24 hours after registering for Amazon Pay UPI. Depending on the bank, the number of transactions per day is limited to 20.
Paytm also fixed the limit
Paytm UPI allows you to transfer the maximum amount of Rs 1 lakh in a day. A person can make Paytm transactions of up to Rs 20,000 per hour through UPI. There is a limit of a maximum five transactions an hour and maximum 20 transactions a day via Paytm UPI.
What is the limit of PhonePe?
PhonePe has set a daily UPI transaction limit of Rs 1,00,000. In addition, a person can do a maximum of 10 or 20 transactions per day through PhonePe UPI depending on the bank’s guidelines.
Only 10 transactions can be done with Google Pay
Google Pay or GPay has set a total limit of 10 transactions across all UPI apps and bank accounts. Users will be able to do only 10 transactions in a day. With this, you will be able to do transactions up to one lakh rupees per day.
There is no hourly limit in these apps
Let us tell you that no hourly limit has been fixed on Google Pay and Phone Pay. However, if any person sends you money request of more than Rs 2000 through this app, then the app will halt it.
