UPSC/ BPSC Free Coaching: The backward class and extremely backward class welfare department of Bihar government has released the form for free UPSC and BPSC coaching. The training period for a batch of students is 12 months.
UPSC/ BPSC Free Coaching: The backward class and extremely backward class welfare department in Bihar has started accepting applications for free coaching for preparation of exams related to Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) at Jannayak Library and State Digital Study Centre, Patna. Free coaching and training has been arranged after the entrance exam and screening. The department has fixed February 16 as the tentative date for the screening test. The training period for a batch of students is 12 months, in which 40 percent of the available seats are reserved for backward classes and 60 percent for extremely backward classes.
In this centre, students of backward and extremely backward classes of Bihar state whose maximum annual income from all sources including parents is up to three lakhs are eligible to apply. Apart from free coaching training to the students studying in Jananayak Library and State Digital Center, Patna, there is a provision to provide incentive money at the rate of three thousand rupees per candidate for the purchase of competitive books.
Besides this, the centre has provision for free study material, advanced library, online tests, motivation-cum-guidance sessions and MIS portal for evaluation of the progress of students.
