Vande Bharat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off 3 new Vande Bharat Express trains on his Karnataka tour on August 10. PM Modi is going to give another Vande Bharat gift to the devotees of Mata Vaishno Devi on Sunday. This new train will start regular services from August 11 after inauguration on August 10. Here we will know about the complete route and timings of this train running between Amritsar in Punjab and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra.
This new Vande Bharat Express train to be run between Amritsar and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra will run 6 days a week (except Tuesday). This train will have 8 coaches, out of which 7 coaches will be AC chair car and 1 coach will be of executive class.
The Amritsar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Amritsar Vande Bharat Express train will stop for 2-2 minutes at Jammu Tawi, Pathankot Cantt, Jalandhar City and Beas railway stations during its journey.
Train No. 26406 Vande Bharat Express running between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Amritsar will depart from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 06.40 am daily except Tuesdays and will reach Jammu Tawi at 08.05 am, Pathankot Cantt at 09.30 am, Jalandhar City at 11.03 am, Beas at 11.28 am and Amritsar at 12.20 pm.
In the return journey, train no. 26405 Vande Bharat Express running between Amritsar to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra will depart from Amritsar at 16.25 hrs daily except Tuesdays and will reach Beas at 17.03 hrs, Jalandhar City at 17.33 hrs, Pathankot Cantt at 17.03 hrs, Jammu Tawi at 20.28 hrs and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 22.00 hrs.
