Special Arrangements for the Disabled
The Railways has taken special care to ensure the convenience of disabled passengers. Separate toilets have been built on the train, and wheelchair access is also provided. The walkways within the coaches are wide enough to allow wheelchairs to navigate freely throughout the coach.
Personal Charging and Reading Lights
Personal USB charging points and mobile phone holders are provided near each berth. For those who enjoy reading at night, individual reading lights have been installed so that their light does not disturb other passengers’ sleep.

The Railways has used noise reduction technology in this train. This reduces track noise and wind noise inside the coach. Passengers can sleep peacefully without any disturbance and wake up feeling refreshed.

This train is completely safe. It features the indigenously developed “Kavach” safety technology, which prevents two trains from colliding on the same track. In the event of a driver error, the system automatically applies the brakes, preventing accidents.

Along with the country’s first Vande Bharat Sleeper Train, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also flag off four new Amrit Bharat trains today. These trains are:

Which railway stations will the train stop at?
The Vande Bharat Sleeper train, running between Howrah and Kamakhya (Guwahati), will stop at Rangiya, New Bongaigaon, New Alipurduar, New Cooch Behar, Jalpaiguri Road, New Jalpaiguri, Aluabari Road, Malda Town, New Farakka, Azimganj, Katwa, Nabadwip Dham, and Bandel Junction.
Howrah-Kamakhya Vande Bharat Sleeper Timetable
Train No. 27575, Howrah-Kamakhya Vande Bharat Express, will depart from Howrah Junction at 6:20 PM daily except Thursdays and arrive at Kamakhya at 8:20 AM the next day.
Train No. 27576, Kamakhya-Howrah Vande Bharat Express, will depart from Kamakhya Junction at 6:15 PM daily except Wednesdays and arrive at Howrah at 8:15 AM the next day.
