Vande Bharat Sleeper Train: Indian Railways has given a major gift to passengers traveling from Bihar to Delhi. The Vande Bharat Sleeper Train will soon be seen running on this route. According to Indian Railways, this modern train will start running between Delhi and Patna from the end of December. Two racks are being manufactured at the BEML factory in Bengaluru, one of which has been finished. The first rack will depart from Bengaluru on December 12th, after which it will conduct a trial run on the Delhi-Patna route.
Train to run 6 days a week
The Vande Bharat Sleeper Train will operate six days a week. Currently, Vande Bharat Express trains also run six days a week. This train will depart from Patna in the evening around the Tejas Rajdhani timetable and arrive in Delhi the next morning. On the return journey, its timings will also be kept close to the Tejas Rajdhani timetable to provide better convenience to passengers.
What amenities will the train offer?
This sleeper Vande Bharat train will have a total of 16 coaches, offering 827 berths across various classes. It includes 11 third AC coaches, four second AC coaches, and one first AC coach. According to Danapur division officials, preparations for the train’s launch will be complete by the end of this month.
The train will be equipped with a number of modern features, including automatic doors, bio-toilets, CCTV cameras, reading lights, and a comfortable interior. Designed to run at speeds of up to 160 kilometers per hour, it will also feature the latest safety technologies, such as armor systems and a crash-proof structure.
