Vande Bharat Train: Vande Bharat Express running between Meerut and Lucknow has been extended. From Wednesday, the Vande Bharat Express will now speed up from Lucknow to Ayodhya Dham and Varanasi. Now the passengers here will be able to visit the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and Baba Vishwanath in Varanasi in a convenient way by the train passing through Moradabad. This journey from Meerut will take about twelve hours. But the train will cover the distance from Moradabad to Ayodhya in 7.13 hours and to Varanasi in 9.45 hours.
Vande Bharat Express (22489-22490) running via Moradabad will now run till the next stop from 27 August. This will be the first direct high-speed train between Meerut and Varanasi. With the extension, the train will now be even more beneficial for the Railways. Actually, due to the low fare and no long difference in time of Nauchandi Express and Rajya Rani running from Meerut, many seats in Vande Bharat used to remain vacant. Now the new route will make Vande Bharat even more popular. One can reach Ayodhyadham from Moradabad in 7 hours 13 minutes and Varanasi in 9.45 hours. Railway spokesperson says that the facility will be available from 27th.
