Tomorrow’s Weather: According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), cold conditions are likely to persist in eastern Rajasthan and many parts of eastern Madhya Pradesh from November 18 to 20. Similarly, cold conditions are expected in Chhattisgarh, Marathwada, Telangana, and central Maharashtra on November 18 and 19. Heavy rains are also expected in Tamil Nadu on November 17, while heavy rains are expected in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from November 20 to 22.
Temperatures in Delhi are continuously falling
Delhi recorded an AQI of 356 on Monday, which falls in the ‘very poor’ category. The IMD reported that the minimum temperature in Delhi on Monday was 8.7 degrees Celsius, the lowest this season. The sky will remain mostly clear, and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 26 degrees Celsius. There will be light fog on Tuesday morning. On November 18, the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be between 26 and 28 and 9 and 10 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Dry Weather in Jharkhand
The weather in Jharkhand will remain dry for the time being. No rain or clouds are forecast. There may be scattered fog in the morning. According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, a cold wave will affect 10 districts in the state. These include Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Ranchi, Khunti, Simdega, Gumla, Lohardaga, and Latehar. The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert.
Bihar will experience dry weather for 4-5 days.
The weather in Bihar is changing, and the cold is gradually increasing. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in the state for the next 4-5 days. Night temperatures continue to drop, making the morning and late evenings feel colder. The department predicts that minimum temperatures may drop slightly in the coming days, but severe cold is not currently expected.
Cold will increase in these areas
According to the department, minimum temperatures will remain unchanged over the next two days in the plains of northwest India, central, eastern, and northern peninsular India. After this, minimum temperatures in these regions are expected to increase by 2-3 degrees Celsius. Mild to severe cold wave conditions are likely to persist in parts of western Madhya Pradesh on November 18 and 19. Cold wave conditions will persist in isolated areas on November 20 and 21.
