According to the latest bulletin issued by the Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather in Delhi is set to change drastically over the next few days. Amidst the scorching heat, clouds and rain are expected to begin, bringing a drop in temperatures.What will the weather be like today and tomorrow?
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Delhi will be most active on March 29th. The sky will remain generally cloudy from this morning. The Meteorological Department has warned that light to moderate rain is possible between morning and afternoon. Thunderstorms and lightning are also possible during this time. Most importantly, winds will blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour, gusting up to 50 kilometers per hour during this time. Another round of rain and drizzle is also expected between afternoon and evening, with wind speeds of up to 40 kilometers per hour.
Temperature Fluctuations
Due to the drizzle that occurred in the past few days, temperatures have been experiencing a significant drop. On Saturday, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 33.6 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal. The minimum temperature was 18.8 degrees Celsius, 0.7 degrees below normal. On March 29th and 30th, the maximum temperature is expected to drop to between 30°C and 32°C. The minimum temperature will also remain around 18°C and 22°C, making for pleasant nights and mornings. Light rain is possible in Delhi on Monday, March 30th.
