Facebook-owned instant messaging platform WhatsApp is now rolling out a multi-device beta program for some beta testers of the app. With the new feature, users can access WhatsApp Web, WhatsApp Desktop and Portal without internet connection on the main phone.
According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is still partially rolling out the feature for certain users, so it is possible that your WhatsApp account is not eligible yet. Users can verify themselves whether they have multi-device support in WhatsApp settings or linked devices, which was earlier called WhatsApp Web or Desktop. If users see a new line called Multi-device, it means they can join the beta program.
