According to the WABeta report, with the help of the new feature Flash Call of WhatsApp, now your phone number will be automatically verified. Meaning, now users will not need OTT for account verification, which was hacked by 6 digit OTP verification number. After the arrival of the new WhatsApp Flash Call, upon logging in the accounts of the users, the account will be verified with the help of Flash Call instead of OTP. For Flash Call, users have to give the app permission to log in to the phone. After this, the account will be automatically logged in on the arrival of flash call for WhatsApp verification on the phone. This feature of WhatsApp has been spotted on Android beta version 2.21.11.7. However, the Flash Call feature of WhatsApp verification will be optional.
